This a large full color map of Germany measuring approximately 80 inches by 94 inches on thick paper with a linen backing. Bordered in black, the map is highly detailed showing cities, mountains, lakes and rivers, as well as longitude and latitude lines. The top left corner is marked "Dr. Hermann Haack", "DEUTSCHLAND" in the center and "Gotha: Justus Perthes" on the upper right hand corner. There are 4 boxed legends on the bottom.

Fine with a few small holes and tattering along the edges. There is some soiling along the left side, a small amount of mold on the upper left hand side and some water stains on the back. The colors remain vivid. An exceptionally nice map of Germany!
