Manufactured in 1907. Fixed blade front sight on a barrel with the one line Hartford address on top and "(BISLEY MODEL)/COLT FRONTIER SIX SHOOTER" on the left side. The left side of the frame has the two line, three date patent marking followed by a circled Rampant Colt. The left side of the trigger guard has the Colt triangle proof and the number "6". Matching serial number on the frame, trigger guard and back strap with the assembly number "468" on the loading gate. Wide, low hammer spur with smooth wide trigger and characteristic "humpback" grip. The revolver is fitted with checkered grips featuring an embossed Rampant Colt at the top.

Fine. The revolver retains 50% original blue finish with a heavy drag line on cylinder and the balance a smooth gray patina. The frame and hammer retain 25% of original case colors in and around the protected areas, otherwise faded to a silver-gray. The grips are very fine with a few minor handling marks and overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The front sight is slightly modified.
