Produced in 1913, at the very tail end of the Bisley's run, this revolver is one of only 97 Flat Top Target revolvers in 45 Colt. Silver peppercorn blade front sight and a drift adjustable dovetail notch rear sight, with the shortened, remarked 2-line Hartford address atop the barrel, "(BISLEY MODEL) 45 COLT" on the left, and the two line patent dates next to the Rampant Colt on the frame. Fitted with the distinctive Bisley hammer, enlarged trigger, humpback grip straps and checkered grips with Rampant Colt imprints.

Fair as modified and refinished, retaining 45% of the blue finish, the majority on the loading gate and grip straps with areas of mixed artificial brown and gray patina. Shortened barrel and freshened markings. A mixed black and brown patina is forming on the frame with a few hints of the original pattern. Grips are good, slightly undersized, with a sun-faded color on the left panel, a crack in the bottom of the right, and mild handling marks. Mechanically very good.
