Manufactured in 1935. Blade front and groove rear sight. The left of the barrel is marked "38 BANKERS/SPECIAL", while the right has the two-line address/patent date markings. The frame is marked with the Rampant Colt while the rear grip strap is marked "B-P-D-4090". Fitted with checkered grips with silver Colt medallions.

Very good. Revolver contains 90% of the original finish with edge wear throughout and light finish loss on the top of the grips straps. The grips are excellent with slight handling wear to the right grip with otherwise crisp checkering.
