Manufactured from 1870 to 1890. Standard two line Hartford barrel address followed by "No. 1" and standard frame engraving. Barrel numbered to gun (frame number has been partially restamped) with the number "190" stamped near the frame serial number. Checkered panels are featured on the grip area. The underside of the barrel is stamped with a pair of British proofs and the letter "C" is stamped ahead of the trigger.

Fine. The barrel retains scattered traces of original blue finish with 30% remaining, the balance a smooth dark brown patina. The frame has a mottled gray patina showing some very scattered mild pitting. Mechanically excellent.
