Description:

This is an officer's dress sabretache for the Royal Artillery. The body is composed of black leather with the front flap adorned with gold bullion embroidery showing the Royal Arms of Great Britain at the top over oak-leaf and acorn embroidery over a gilt cannon badge over a raised red velvet banner marked "QUO FAS ET GLORIA DUCUNT" with a strip of gold lace around the outside edge. With a black leather slip cover lined with wine colored velvet.

Rating Definition:

Very good, the gold lace and bullion have dulled with a stain on the lace. The gilt badge has a bright appearance. There is some minor wear on the backside of the pouch. The slip cover is also very good with some wear overall.
