Manufactured in 1912 with a fixed front sight and a slide notch rear sight. The left side of the slide is marked with the address and patent dates. The right side is marked "COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE 25". The left side of the trigger guard is marked with the "triangle VP" proof mark. Fitted with checkered hard rubber grips with "COLT" in a banner with the Rampant Colt at the bottom in front of a "C".

Excellent. 97% original blue finish remains with high edge wear, scattered handling marks and a few small light areas of oxidation. 60% of the case colors remain on the trigger, thumb safety and grip safety with the balance a smooth gray patina. The grips are excellent with some minor marks.

Excellent. 97% original nickel finish remains with some flaking and bubbling on the underside of the slide at the muzzle, trigger guard and floor plate of the magazine. Both grips are very good with some wear on the high edges.
