This is a very nice example of a Colt Model 1903 pistol that was manufactured in 1932 and subsequently beautifully custom engraved. The pistol features nearly full coverage floral scroll and punch dot engraving. In addition there is a geometric design on the grip straps, sides of the trigger guard and upper lower sides of the slide. The pistol retains all of the standard markings of the two line address/patent dates on the left side of the slide with the Rampant Colt behind the serrations, two line caliber designation on the right side of the slide and the serial number on the left side of the frame. Standard low profile fixed sights, two tone Colt marked magazine and fitted with smooth pearl grips.

Custom embellished with nearly all of the blue finish remaining. The grips are near mint. The markings and engraving are crisp and clear. Mechanically excellent. A very nice Model 1903 obviously engraved by an accomplished engraver.
