Description:

1) This is a Highland badger's head sporran with the body composed of red leather. There are six hair tassels attached with figure 8 shaped gold bullion cord. The cantle is smooth brass. The tassels have gilt metal bells with thistle designs. On the inside is stamped "117831". 2) Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders (91st Highlanders) glengary bonnet of dark blue wool with white and red dicing at the bottom and a red pom. Complete with silvered regimental badge. 3) The Royal Scots glengary bonnet of dark blue wool with red and silver and gilt regimental badge. 4) Gordon Highlanders glengary bonnet of dark blue wool with red, white and black dicing at the bottom and a red pom. Silver regimental badge of a deer with the motto "BYDAND". 5) Seafurth Highlanders glengary bonnet made of dark blue wool with red, white and black dicing at the bottom and a red pom. Silvered regimental badge with a crown over a red stag over the motto "CUIDICH'N RIGH".

Rating Definition:

1) Good, the gilt bells have a generally dark appearance with some of them being out of round. There is some black residue in the badgers fur and on the backside. The leather strap has been cut. The cantle has a aged patina. 2) Very good with some minor wear and fraying of the ribbons. The badge has some dark aged patina in the protected areas. 3) Very good with some minor wear. Badge is bright. 4) Good with a large repaired tear. Some wear overall with some fraying of the cockade and ribbons. 5) Very good with some fraying of the cockade and ribbons.
