Manufactured in 1961, this National Match Mid Range pistol is chambered especially for use with .38 Special wad-cutter ammunition. This pistol was developed as a way to shoot the popular and accurate .38 Special wad-cutter from a 1911 style pistol. Fully adjustable rear sight, fixed front sight, serrated adjustable trigger and hammer, grooved flat mainspring housing, front grip strap and checkered grips with gold Colt medallions.

Excellent, 98% original finish with a few minor handling scratches and light sharp edge wear on the front of the slide. The grips are near new with sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
