Description:

38 1/2 inches overall, with a 32 1/2 inch etched straight single fuller blade, bearing the "PROVED/R" gilt brass seal on the left ricasso and "W.CATER/& Co Ltd/-56-/PALL MALL/S.W." on the right. Both sides show a number of battle honors, with the George V cipher on the right and "NEMO ME IMPUNE LACESSIT" (No man attacks me with impunity) on the left, the motto of the Order of the Thistle and several Scottish regiments. Cut-through guard, with the Star of the Order of the Thistle featuring on tip, checkering along the backside, with a wire wrapped sharkskin grip. With a nickel finished scabbard with dual suspension bands.

Rating Definition:

Very good, with mild spotting and handling marks overall, along with some loose wire on the grip, dark spotting and mild handling marks on the scabbard.
