Very good. The barrel is a mixture of mottled smooth gray and brown patina. The lock is a grayish patina. The brass furniture is in very good condition with minor scratches and wear marks. The wood is good with some minor dents and scratches. There are a few areas on the top of the buttstock that look like a repair with some type of filler. The markings are clear. The action is crisp. The bayonet is in good condition with some discoloration.
