Fixed sights, dated 1937 on the chamber, with the "S/42" code on the toggle. "Droop wing eagle/63" proofs on the extension and barrel, with eagle firing proofs on the extension, barrel and breechblock. External numbers match, including the magazine. Checkered walnut grips and blue magazine with aluminum base.

Very fine as partially refinished, with 80% of the blue finish with an old touch-up blue on the grip straps, now starting to show a brown patina with bright edge wear and scattered handling marks. Grips are fine, with a vertical dent present on the left top panel and mild dents on the right. Mechanically excellent.
