Chamber dated 1937 and front toggle marked "S/42", "eagle/63" and "droop wing eagle" firing proofs on the barrel extension and barrel with the firing proof repeated on the breechblock. Bore diameter "8,83" marked on the bottom of the barrel. Visible numbers including the grips are matching except the magazine. Fixed sights, blue unmarked magazine with aluminum base marked "8939/m", with checkered grips.

Fine as partially refinished. The pistol retains 70% blue finish with blue touch-up on the grip straps and right frame rail, with wear and minor pitting on the muzzle. The side plate is a renumbered to match replacement. The grips are very good with some high point wear, a few scattered minor dings and crisp checkering. The markings are clear. Mechanically excellent.
