This is an exceptional example of a late WWII Nazi P38 pistol that was manufactured by the Mauser company. The left side of the frame is marked with the serial number followed by the "eagle/ WaA135" proof. The right side of the slide is marked single eagle firing proof flanked by "eagle /WaA135" acceptance proofs. The locking block is marked "468" on the bottom and has the firing proof on the left side and the "eagle/WaA135" proof on the right side. The left side of the barrel lug has the same eagle acceptance proof, with the matching serial number on the front. Standard fixed sights and fitted with rust colored bakelite serrated grips with a lanyard loop on the left heel. The magazine is blue and marked "P38/U" on the lower left side with eagle proof on the spine.

Rating Definition:

Excellent plus. The pistol retains 99% plus original blue finish with some very minor muzzle and edge wear. The grips are also excellent. Mechanically excellent. Appears unissued!
