This shotgun was manufactured in 1931 with a stainless steel barrel. The barrel has a single bead sight, is choked modified, has a 2 3/4 inch chamber and is marked "-STAINLESS STEEL- [three line Winchester trademark] - MODEL 12-12 GA. MOD." on the left side and the two line address/patent dates marking on the right side. Single factory proofs on the barrel and receiver. Mounted on an 18 groove walnut forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a replacement TruSport recoil pad. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches.

Very good, 90% of the original blue finish with some scattered light scratches, high edge wear and magazine tube wear. The barrel retains 80% of the original japanned finish with scattered finish scratches and an area around the lettering that appears to have been cleaned. The wood is very good with some scattered light scratches and has been shortened with recoil pad added.
