Remington Model 700 action with a fluted barrel marked "POWELL CUSTOM RIFLES 2007" and engraved on the left side "300 REM. ULTRA MAG.", with no provision for barrel mounted sights. Finished in matte blue and mounted in a textured black synthetic stock with a solid rubber pad. Features an adjustable trigger, quick release floor plate and has a Leupold LPS 3.5-14 X 50mm variable scope mounted on Talley two-piece mounts. Includes a leather sling attached to quick release sling swivels and two cleaning rod guides, one marked for .300 Ultra and one for .257 Weatherby, which insert into the chamber for bore cleaning.

Excellent with 98% finish having some scattered light scratches on the barrel and slight cycling wear on the bolt. The stock has a few light scuffs and one chip in the finish with some wear on the lower areas of the stock. The scope has perfect optics.
