Manufactured in 1928. Single bead front sight on a matte solid rib marked "PARKER BROS. MAKERS, MERIDEN, CT. U.S.A. TROJAN STEEL", 2 1/2 inch chambers, choked full/improved modified, and extractor. The water table is marked with the patent date and serial number above "OV". The casehardened box lock action is marked "PARKER BROTHERS" on the sides. Double triggers and automatic tang safety. Checkered pistol grip stock with a serrated hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Excellent. The barrels retain 98% original blue finish with some very scattered minor handling marks. The trigger guard retains 90% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The receiver retains 80% original case colors. The wood is very fine with a couple slivers of wood missing from the forearm, some streaks of orange paint on the left side of the buttstock, and some minor handling marks. The checkering is crisp.
