Excellent. The rifle retains 99% of the original blue finish and 90% of the original nickel finish. The nickel is showing signs of flaking and oxidation on the lower edges of the receiver and forward of the upper tang on the left side of the receiver and frosting on the barrel band. The wood is excellent with only slight handling/storage marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is about fair with tape repairs and torn at the flap slot.
