Manufactured in 1895 with fixed sights. Left barrel flat marked with the Imperial Eagle on the first step followed by the matching serial number. The second barrel flat step is marked with the matching serial number followed by the crown over script "D". The left side of the frame is marked with the crown over script "D" followed by the matching serial number followed by "crown/ERFURT/1895". The frame and grip screw heads and safety lever are stamped "72". All blue finish with bright hammer and trigger and fitted with smooth two piece walnut grips with a lanyard ring on the butt. Regimental numbers marked on the backstrap. Comes with leather holster with 8 bullet loop ammo pouch.

Fine with 60% plus faded original blue finish remaining with some finish loss areas on the cylinder high areas, muzzle, loading gate and grip straps. The grips are very good with some scratches and pressure dents. The action is crisp. The oil soaked holster is good with moderate service wear.
