A) St. Etienne Model 1874 Chamelot-Delvigne Double Action Officer's Revolver

Description:

Manufactured in 1876 and was issued to officers. Has the standard markings and features with all visible serial numbers matching. Fitted with checkered hardwood grips. Differs from Model 1873 revolver in that it has a fluted cylinder and has a blue finish. With a brown leather clamshell holster with "FOX/FILM" carved on the back, "FOX STUDIO" stamped on the back and "FOX STUDIO" stamped inside the flap.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, 95% original blue finish with some high edge wear, some scratches and some light freckling. Traces of the original straw colors remain on the various parts. The grips are very fine with some scattered dings. Mechanically excellent. Holster is very good.

Manufactured in 1877 and issued to non-commissioned officers. They were left in the white and it has the standard markings and features with visible serial numbers matching. Fitted with checkered hardwood grips. With a brown leather clamshell holster.

Rating Definition:

Very good, the original bright finish remains with some small patches of discoloration and scattered scratches and dings. The grips are very good with smoothed checkering and a few dings. Mechanically fine. Hoster is very good.
