Rating Definition:

Very fine. The barrel and cylinder retain 75% of the original bright blue finish with some minor spotting on the muzzle end of the barrel and a small area that has been cleaned. The exposed areas have a smooth brownish gray patina. All of the cylinder scene is visible. The loading lever, frame and hammer retain 95% plus of the vivid original case colors with a smooth gray on the recoil shields. The trigger guard and back strap retain about 30% of the original silver, mostly in protected areas with the exposed brass having an aged patina. The grips are excellent retaining almost all of the original varnish with some minor wear and small nicks on the bottom edge and a few overall small minor dents. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
