Manufactured from 1884 to 1895 with this example having the rare 8 inch barrel. The barrel rib is stamped with the two line address/patent dates marking. The cylinder, barrel and barrel latch are numbered to the gun with the barrel also having the number "100417". Fitted with checkered S&W monogram grips.

Very good. The revolver retains traces of the original nickel finish in the protected areas (mostly on the inside of the frame) with the balance a dark patina with some very scattered light spotting. Front sight is a replacement. The worn grips are good with some minor handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
