This is an example of a Walther PPK pistol in the one million serial number range. Walther manufactured a few thousand PPKs in the one million serial number range circa 1938 before switching back to 100,000 with a "K" suffix. The serial number is stamped vertically on the right frame side. It has the standard slide legend with commercial "crown/N" proofs on the slide, chamber and barrel. Checkered Walther banner wraparound grips and magazine with grip extension and marked with Walther banner.

Excellent. The pistol retains 97% plus bright original blue finish with some minor edge wear near the muzzle and some minor thinning on the front strap. The safety retains 90% nitre blue. The grips are also excellent with crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
