Manufactured in 1923, this Specialty Grade L.C. Smith features solid rib barrels with ivory front and mid sights, chambered 2 3/4 inches, choked modified/modified with ejectors. Barrels marked "L.C. SMITH Specialty GRADE" on the top right and "HUNTER ARMS CO. INC. MFR'S FULTON, N.Y., U.S.A." on the left. The barrels, triggers and trigger guard are blue, the remaining metal is casehardened. The action, side plates, break lever and trigger guard are floral scroll engraved with a matte background and ducks in a marsh scene on the right side plate, two quail in a field scene on the left. Each side plate is marked "L.C. SMITH". Single trigger, tang safety and mounted with a checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with an ebony grip cap and solid rubber recoil pad. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Very good as refinished with 95% of the blue remaining with light scattered handling marks. Casecolored areas have some minor spotting and discolorations. The refinished stock is excellent with minor scattered scratches and marks. The action is crisp.
