Description:

Manufactured between 1924 and 1933. This example was converted to the M2 version. There is a fixed front sight with clip on hood and the barrel is marked "S A/flaming bomb/6-27". The receiver has a replacement Redfield fully adjustable peep sight mounted on the right rear. The M2 bolt is numbered to another gun on the bottom in electropencil. Mounted on a smooth walnut pistol grip stock with finger grooves, sling swivels and a checkered steel buttplate. Marked "M2" on the grip cap area and just behind it is marked "D-28225".

Rating Definition:

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, 99% parkerized finish with some scattered minor scratches and dings along the barrel. The stock is also very fine with some scattered minor dings. Mechanically excellent.
