This is an excellent example of a U.S. Colt Model 1903 hammerless semi-automatic pistol manufactured in 1943. The left side of the slide is marked with the two line address/1897 and 1903 patent dates with the Rampant Colt behind the serrations and the two line caliber designation is on the right side. The right side of the frame is marked "U.S. PROPERTY" and the serial number is on the opposite side. Standard low profile fixed sights and fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions.

Excellent. The pistol retains 98% plus original parkerized finish with some light edge wear, some minor scratching on the right front of the slide and overall some light scratches and handling marks. The grips are also excellent with some mild wear to the otherwise sharp checkering. The markings are clear. Mechanically excellent.
