Fixed sights, with the two line, two block address and patent dates on the left side of the slide, "MODEL OF 1911.U.S.ARMY" on the right. "Eagle/S12" marked frame, with "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" on the front left side, long trigger, wide hammer, "P/H" barrel, short grip safety and flat mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Checkered walnut grips.

Excellent, with 95% of the original dark blue finish, showing bright gray on the grip straps, scattered light scratches and mild handling marks. The front sight has been modified by notching the rear. The grips are excellent, with a few mild dents. Mechanically excellent.
