Produced in 1945. Ramp blade front and adjustable notch rear sights, with the Service Model nomenclature on the right side of the slide, and the Ordnance cartouche and "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" markings on the right side of the "G.H.D" inspected frame. Fitted with a stamped trigger, thin hammer, long grip safety, arched serrated mainspring housing and checkered, reinforced grips.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, with 90% of the thin arsenal parkerized finish remaining, showing bright gray wear on the high edges and scattered handling marks. The grips are very good, showing mild dents. Mechanically excellent.
