Matching assembly number on frame, crane, barrel, cylinder and cylinder latch. Grips have a script cartouche and the left panel is dated "1896". The butt has the U.S. Army model marking along with "67924".

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The revolver retains 70% plus original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray and brown patina. The grips are also very fine with high edge wear, a few minor handling marks overall and a number of pressure dents on the bottoms. The cartouches are clear. Mechanically fine. Desirable in the fact that it per-dates the Spanish-American War and is an antique!
