According to factory records (copy of letter included), this rifle arrived at the warehouse 7 November 1882 and shipped 11 days later, in the following configuration: rifle, 38 caliber, round barrel, plain trigger and rifle butt. Dovetail blade and semi-buckhorn sights, with the two line address and "38 - CAL" on top of the barrel, "-Model 1873-" on the upper tang, and a smooth straight wrist stock. Consignor notes state that this rifle was attended to by Turnbull Restoration.

Very fine as professionally restored, with 95% plus of the blue finish, showing areas of brown patina and mild spotting and handling marks overall. Stock is also very fine, with mild dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
