Manufactured in 1923. The rifle is equipped with a blade front sight and an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight. The left side of the barrel is stamped with the two line address/patent date marking ahead of the rear sight and the two line nickel steel/smokeless powder marking followed by "30 W.C.F." stamped below the rear sight. The half magazine has the 1893 patent marking on the takedown latch. The upper receiver tang is marked with the three line model/maker/trademark information and the underside of the receiver is stamped with the serial number. All blue finish with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a steel end cap and crescent buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 95% original blue finish with some edge wear, thinning and some areas of smooth brown patina. The wood is very fine as refinished with only a few overall scattered minor dings. The markings remain clear and crisp. The action is excellent.
