The inside of the lid has decorative violet colored velvet and there is brown velvet on the bottom and a 56 round bullet block.

Rating Definition:

Very fine to excellent. The revolver retains 80% original blue finish thinning along exposed points on the high edges. The frame retains 99% original silver plating which has pleasantly darkened with age. The grips are excellent retaining 99% original varnish, with some very minor wear on the lower edges as well as a few tiny dings. The markings and inscription are clear. The action is excellent. The case is excellent with some moderate contact wear.
