Description:

Measuring 41 inches overall, with a 35 7/8 inch double fuller blade, marked ""US/NWP" on the right ricasso and "N.P.AMES/CABOTVILLE/1845" on the left. Brass hilt with a two-branch guard, "w.a.j." and "NW" marked helmet pommel and wire and leather wrapped wood grip. With an iron sheath. The leather covered grip has a twisted wire wrap.

Rating Definition:

Good, showing a mixed gray patina on the blade, with light spotting and a few dings on the blade. Some minor cracks are visible on the guard, with a mixed dark patina showing on the hilt and minimal wear on the leather. Sheath is good, mixed brown with scattered pitting and a few dents.
