The bright 35 1/2 inch flat-back blade is marked "P.S.JUSTICE/PHILADa" on the reverse ricasso. The saber has a guilded brass hilt, with a wire wrapped leather grip. The regulation iron scabbard is nickel finished. This is a militia or sabor contract saber whish lacks "U.S." property and inspecion marks.

Very good.The blade is in excellent condition with nearly all of the original polishwith traces of original gilt finish in the protected areas. The leather grip cover and wire wrap are in excellent condition Sheath is very good, frosted overall with some flaking, bubbling and spotting.
