Manufactured from 1863 to 1875. The barrel has the standard three line New Model marking and there are single letter inspection marks stamped on most of the components. The barrel is numbered to the gun. Fitted with smooth grips featuring a script cartouche on the left panel and small letter "D"s on the bottoms.

Rating Definition:

Very good as partially refinished (cold blue on both sides of forward frame). The balance of revolver retains traces of original blue finish in and around the protected areas (strongest on the frame) with the balance a smooth brown patina. The grips are fine with some minor handling marks. The cartouche is weak but legible. Mechanically fine.
