German silver Rocky Mountain blade front and adjustable buckhorn rear sights, with the address, patent dates and caliber markings on top of the barrel, and the Rampant Colt on the left side of the frame. Smooth straight wrist stock, with border patterns on the forearm and a smooth buttplate.

Very good, with 30% of the original blue finish, showing areas of brown patina, bright edge wear, scattered spotting and handling marks. Stock is good as refinished, with scattered dents and a few chips. Mechanically excellent.
