Manufactured in 1900. Dovetailed bead front and sporting rear (elevator absent) sights, pivoting magazine and checkered hammer. The barrel has the two line Hartford address/patent marking on top ahead of the rear sight, "22 Cal" on the left side at the breech and "crown/GP", "crown/V" and "lion" proofs below the caliber marking. An additional "crown/V" is on the left side of the frame. Smooth straight grip stock with decorative border on the forearm and checkered hard rubber factory buttplate.

Fine. The rifle retains 60% of the original blue finish, with areas of brown patina, small patches of pitting, mild scratches and handling marks. Stock is fine, with dents, scratches and a few small chips. Mechanically excellent.
