Manufactured in 1882 with a single brass bead sight on the concave solid rib, choked modified/modified and 2 3/4 inch chambers. The serial number is stamped on the bottom flat of the barrels, inside the forearm release and on the water table with the serial number engraved on the lower tang. Mounted on a checkered walnut forearm with ebony tip and round knob pistol grip stock with blank silver initial oval and smooth steel buttplate. Length of pull is 13 1/4 inches. With two brass Winchester 10 gauge casings.

Fine, 70% of the faded original brown finish remains on the barrels with much of the damascus pattern visible. The casehardened components retain 30% of the original case colors with the balance silvered out. The refinished wood is very good with some shrinkage and there is a small repaired tight hairline crack extending from the top tang. Both casings are very good.
