Manufactured in 1956 with a "type 7" serrated front ramp sight with hood and an elevation adjustable flip up rear sight. Has a straight tang, drilled and tapped for scope mounting on the receiver bridges and on the left rear side for sight mounting, "late" safety and a hollow bolt knob. Mounted on a multi-point checkered Monte Carlo stock with sling swivels and a checkered aluminum buttplate.

Excellent, 99% plus original blue finish with only slight cycling wear. The stock is also excellent with a few minor dents on the right side of the grips area and some scattered light handling marks overall.
