Manufactured in 1956 with a "type 7" hooded front ramp sight with an elevation adjustable flip up rear sight. The straight tang receiver has a matte front bridge and a plain rear bridge drilled and tapped for scope mounting with filler screws. The left rear side of the receiver is drilled and tapped for sight mounting with filler screws. The safety is the "late" type and the bolt handle is hollow. Mounted on a multi-point checkered Monte Carlo walnut stock with sling swivels and a checkered aluminum buttplate.

Excellent, 99% plus original blue finish with only the slightest handling/storage marks. The wood is also excellent with only a couple light marks.
