Manufactured in 1953, has a "type 5" hooded ramp front sight, "early" elevation adjustable rear sight, "style 7" barrel stamping, matted front bridge, drilled and tapped front and rear bridge with filler screws, drilled and tapped at the left rear for sight mounting, straight tang, "late" safety and solid bolt knob. Bolt body is numbered to the gun. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut pistol grip stock with sling swivels and a checkered aluminum buttplate.

Excellent, 99% original blue finish with only minor handling marks. The stock is also excellent with some scattered minor scratches.
