Manufactured from 1914 to 1921. Fitted with a 22" featherweight takedown barrel, fine cross-checkered trigger (unique to this model) and pistol grip perch belly stock. Pinned blade front sight and removed rear sight with folding Lyman tang sight. Two line address/patent date marking ahead of rear sight and two line hi-pressure steel/model marking and "250-3000 SAVAGE" on the left barrel side. Serial number is marked on the bottom of the receiver and the rear of the forearm. Cocking indicator, polished bolt and casehardened lever. Checkered Schnabel forearm and pistol grip stock with checkered hard rubber grip cap and serrated steel buttplate stamped with the Savage Indian head logo.

Excellent overall 97% blue finish remaining with lightly scattered handling marks and a small area of spotting on right side barrel muzzle area. Stock has some light scratches and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
