The breech end of the barrel is marked "406" and the bolt is numbered to the gun. The barrel is fitted with a globe sight and an adjustable peep aperture target sight has been mounted on the right side of the receiver. The rifle retains the original rear tangent style sight graduated to 1,500 meters. Detachable six round magazine, enlarged trigger guard, beech wood pistol grip stock with forearm finger grooves. Import marked. It is complete with an original leather sling. These rifles are noted for their smooth actions and excellent accuracy.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The rifle retains 85% plus original thinning blue finish. The stock is very good with a large round area on the right side of the buttstock that appears to have residue from some type of adhesive, otherwise some overall scattered minor dings and scratches. The sling is good. The action is excellent.
