Fixed sights, with "42" on chamber and "byf" code on toggle, "eagle/135" and "eagle/swastika" proofs and "P.08" on left side of frame. Except for the magazine, external numbers match. With checkered hardwood grips and a blue magazine with "fxo" and "P.08" on the side and an unmarked plastic base. In a black pigskin flap holster, marked "DLU/1942", "WaA641" (Ewald Lueneschloss, Solingen) and "P.08" on the rear, with a "135" proofed takedown tool and a spare magazine.

Excellent, with 98% of the original blue finish, showing some light handling marks overall. The right grip panel is hand-signed "Joseph Salter" on the inside, otherwise the grips are excellent with minor dents and verdigris build-up. Holster is very fine, with mild scuffs and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
