Manufactured in 1938, with the distinctive spread-wing Polish Eagle on the left side of the slide among the model and patent markings. Following the fall of Poland in 1939, the Nazis continued using the VIS under the name P35(p), with the Eagle being the first feature eliminated from the new production. Fixed sights with the aforementioned markings on the side of the slide, decocker at the rear and the takedown hook on the left side of the frame. Checkered grips with "FB" and "VIS" triangle imprints and a slotted back strap.

Rating Definition:

Fine, with 40% of the original blue finish, strongest on the frame, with scattered spotting and handling marks, along with a mixed brown and gray patina on the grip straps. The slide is showing a bright gray color overall. The barrel lug is marked "570" on the side otherwise numbers match. Grips are fair, with a small section absent from the right panel and mild scratches and dents. Mechanically excellent.
