Also known as the Model M, this example was manufactured in 1918 and is the Type III variation with 3 3/4 inch barrel without a bushing. The left side of the slide is marked with the two block, two line patent dates 1897 and 1903 and address, with the Rampant Colt behind the serrations and "COLT AUTOMATIC/CALIBRE 32 RIMLESS SMOKELESS" on the right side. The serial number is marked on the left side of the frame and the left side of the trigger guard bow is marked with the Colt triangle "VP" proof. Blue barrel with bright chamber, fixed sights and is fitted with original checkered hard rubber grips. This pistol is complete with an original two tone magazine marked on the bottom of the base "CAL .32/COLT".

Excellent with 98% original finish showing very minor sharp edge wear on the muzzle end of the slide with some minor scratches on the slide and front grip strap. The grips are excellent showing some minor handling. Mechanically excellent.
