This is an excellent example of a Colt Model 1908 Pocket Automatic Pistol with a factory box and instruction pamphlet that was manufactured in 1935. Standard slide markings with the Colt inspector proof "34" (with the upper portion of a 3 visible below it), on the right upper front of the trigger guard bow and the left side is marked with a "1" over the "VP" triangle proof. Two tone magazine marked "CAL .380/COLT" and checkered hard rubber grips with "COLT" in a banner and Rampant Colt. Has a Colt hinged lid box with the correct end label and interior labels, instructions and extra Colt marked nickel plated "380" marked magazine.

Excellent. The pistol retains 99% original blue finish with some mild wear on the muzzle end of the slide and a few minor handling marks. The grips are also excellent with some very minor handling wear on the otherwise very crisp checkering. The markings are sharp. Mechanically excellent. The box is fair with tape and glue repairs on most of the corners and on the seams. A small part of the end label is absent and the interior labels are fully intact.
