Produced in December of 1944, with a "12 44" Springfield barrel. Standard sights with locking "BATTLE RANGE" drums, Springfield bolt, triggerguard, hammer, safety, group housing and operating rod. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a circled "P" on the wrist, "O.G." and "SA/N.F.R." cartouches on the left side, green canvas sling and a checkered steel buttplate. Also included is an unmarked bayonet with sheath.

Very fine, with 70% of the parkerized finish, turning brown on the receiver and showing a gray color on the barrel. Stock is good, with dents, scuffs and scratches, along with some traces of white paint near the buttplate and on the upper handguard, and chipping on the right side of the buttstock. Bayonet is fair. Mechanically excellent.
