The left side of the rough forged receiver is marked with the serial number, "G.43 duv 44.", "eagle/214" proof, and eagle/firing proof. It has a rough case bolt carrier with the cocking knob on the left side and is numbered to the gun. Blade front sight and tangent rear sight. The scope mounting rail is on the right side and is fitted with a post war Czech cast scope mount which is marked "E7[lion]48" and "7529/rid" with a "Pevne" and "Volne" marked pressure lever. The scope is marked "ZF K43 dow[triangle]/42657" and has a rubber eyepiece with green filter lens. Smooth laminated pistol grip stock with laminated upper hand guard, two eagle proofs on buttstock and cupped buttplate with compartment. Complete with a blue magazine marked "aye" and "K43", with eagle/853 proof.

Very good. The rifle retains 60% original blue finish with the balance a smooth gray patina. The sanded and refinished stock is also very good with some very scattered minor handling marks. The scope has hazy optics. Mechanically fine.
